The Editor-in-Chief has the discretion to reject the manuscript straight off even before sending it to the reviewers for reviewing.

*Main editors are the Editor-in-Chief and the associate editors.

Publishing & Access Policy

The two guiding principles of this journal are (1) the philosophy of not-for-profit and (2) the objective of supporting and aiding developing countries in publishing information on health informatics.

As of January, 2014, we have introduced a $400 USD fee only if the paper is accepted for publication. The peer review process is free. We have introduced this amount to offset some of the operating costs to provide a more efficient process. The Journal has hired a part-time administrative assistant and publication manager to work with authors.
